Sweet Corn Festival – August 10, 2013
The Adel Sweet Corn Festival is held in downtown Adel. Adel is located approximately 20 miles west of Des Moines on Highway 6 (Hickman Road). Adel can also be accessed from Interstate 80 at the DeSoto exit. Adel is approximately 8 miles north of I-80 on Highway 169.
The historic Courthouse Square is the focal point of the Festival. Highway 169 is on the east side of the Square.

Parking
On-street parking is available surrounding the area of the Festival. We also offer free shuttle service from the ADM High School parking lot (south of Adel on Highway 169) to the Festival.
