    Brick Street Classic Car Show – June 5th

    Vintage cars around the historic Adel courthouse square. The Brick Street Classic Car Show is held the first Saturday of June with live music, food and craft vendors, and prizes for the winning entries.


    All Iowa Wine Festival – June 19th

    A wonderful way to enjoy a summer evening. The All Iowa Wine Festival features wines from several Iowa wineries. Festival admittance includes a commemorative glass and free samples.

    The Adel Sweet Corn Festival is a 30 year tradition. Starting with corn schucking Friday evening, the largest parade in Dallas County, all day entertainment, food and craft vendors and tons of FREE sweet corn.


    Adel Sweet Corn Festival 5K – Aug. 14th

    The annual Adel Sweet Corn Festival 5K has become one of Central Iowa’s premier 5K road races. Established in 2004 to help perpetuate the memory of Danielle J. Hutzell, and to help celebrate the Adel Sweet Corn Festival.
