I was looking for information on Jesse James and had read that his first train robbery was near Adel, Iowa so I looked up your town. Looks like a great town. We live near Seattle (about 65 miles away) and all the little towns like ours are getting gobbled up and their unique character and history are being destroyed with urban sprawl. Looks like your town fortunately is retaining it unique character and history and that is good. My wife and I are getting near retirement and hope to tour Iowa because my folks grew up in Logan, Iowa and talk fondly of it and also my wife and I love dirt track auto racing and we know that Iowa has some of the best. If we ever get to visit Iowa we will make sure to include your town. Thanks... Jerry
